1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver STEM toys across India. Delivery outside India is not available at this time.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: Orders above ₹1,000 are eligible for free shipping.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: A flat shipping charge of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹1,000.
  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.


3. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on the destination.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions, remote location delivery, or courier service delays.
  • You will receive an email or SMS notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use the tracking link to monitor the delivery status of your package.


6. Address Accuracy

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address.
  • Doc STEM is not liable for delays or delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Our delivery partners include leading logistics providers known for reliability and efficiency.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging.
  • Lost Items: If you suspect your order is lost during shipping, contact us promptly, and we will coordinate with our delivery partners to resolve the issue.


9. Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address.
  • Unavailability of the recipient.
  • Failure to collect from the courier service.

We will notify you and arrange for re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
